William Gruber, President |
William J. Gruber,
President. Mr. Gruber established United Financial of Illinois, Inc. in 1986 to provide equipment acquisition financing services to municipal and federal government organizations. United Financial has over 20 years experience in supporting essential purpose governmental equipment acquisitions, involving a diverse array of federal, state and municipal government enterprises including military and medical facilities, legislative and judicial facilities, postal facilities, transportation authorities, housing authorities, school districts and more. To date the Company has provided close to $2 billion in government based acquisition financing.
Prior to starting United Financial, Mr. Gruber was employed as Vice President/Regional Operations Manager for Chase Manhattan Equipment Leasing Company and was responsible for new business development, management and control of a $250 million regional portfolio. In addition he was accountable for marketing research and development, and training and sales support for a regional sales force. Mr. Gruber also previously held positions as Regional Credit Manager with Citicorp Leasing, Inc. in New Jersey and was a Risk Analyst for Foreign Credit Insurance Association in New York, an affiliate of the U.S. Export/Import Bank. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Business Administration.

Bob Agler, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, is responsible for the management of all Corporate legal and documentation matters, including contract development and negotiations, collections, litigation, and compliance. Mr. Agler brings over 20 years experience in the field of corporate and commercial finance. Prior to joining United Financial Mr. Agler has held the positions of Group Chief Counsel of the Healthcare Finance Division at CIT Group, Inc. and Director and Senior Transactional Attorney, Corporate Finance Group at Merrill Lynch Capital. Most recently he served as Senior Counsel at GE Capital. He received his J.D. Cum Laude from the University of Missouri and earned an Artium Baccalaureatus (A.B.) from Dartmouth College. |

| Suzanne Johnson, Vice President, Corporate Counsel |
Suzanne Johnson, Vice President, Corporate Counsel, is responsible for legal support, as well as participation in the identification, development and implementation of new product and market strategies and the development and maintenance of corporate policies and procedures. Ms. Johnson has 10 years of corporate and commercial finance experience. Prior to joining United Financial, Ms. Johnson held Associate positions in Corporate Finance at Chapman and Cutler LLP in San Francisco, CA and most recently at Schiff Hardin LLP, Chicago, IL. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri, Columbia (Juris Doctorate, 2000) and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University (Accounting, summa cum laude). |

Larry Lustgarten, Vice President, Sales, is responsible for the origination, management and maintenance of authorized and assigned vendor and direct customer relationships, and the structuring of federal, municipal and commercial projects. Mr. Lustgarten has been with United Financial since 1989 and has been in the corporate finance market for over 35 years. He has a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Miami, Florida. |

Alan R. Riefenberg, Vice President, Sales, is responsible for the origination, management and maintenance of authorized and assigned vendor and direct customer relationships and the structuring of federal, municipal, and commercial projects. Mr. Riefenberg has 22 years of corporate and investment banking experience in the areas of structured finance and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Loyola University of Chicago. |
